四川省孝感川盆地Hydrosolar太阳能一体化发电项目并网发电

On January 28, the first solar panel at the Xiaoganchuan Solar Power Base Project in Aba County, Sichuan Province, was connected to the power grid and began generating electricity. This marked the official start of operation of this integrated solar energy generation project with solar water storage and a pioneering advance in complementary multi-energy development in the mountainous regions of our country.可见,该项目位于四川高原西部,平均海拔3700米。总面积3227亩,装机容量16万千瓦。 Together with the Chun Changpo pumped storage power station and the three cascade hydropower plants built in the Kogane River basin, it forms the Cascade Hydropower Supplementary Solar Power Plant. Additionally, a booster station and energy storage facility will be built16 MW/32 MWh grid type at an altitude of 3,800 meters, forming an integrated group of multi-energy hydrosolar s储能发电厂。该项目平均年发电量约为2.8亿千瓦时,足以满足约14万户家庭每年的用电需求。每年可节省标准煤8.7万吨,减少二氧化碳排放约26.25万吨。中国水电建设水电开发公司阿坝区党委书记、总裁薛玉林表示,该项目采用“太阳能与农村能源互补”的生态模式。光伏方阵的科学布局和高出地面2.0米的设计,实现了“板上发电、板间放牧、板下恢复”的混合用地模式,既保护了高原草原生态系统,又促进了生态系统修复与现代畜牧业的协调发展。据悉,该项目在技术上已实现分级精准控制太阳能发电波动特性,有望解决高原和恶劣地质地区弱电网新能源消纳困难、能源不足与浪费并存、负荷波动大、电网压力尖峰明显等严峻挑战(记者王曦)
